The 4 most common microdose effects are:
1. Increased calm. Some people prefer to take microdoses at bedtime, to help relax so they can fall asleep. Others take the microdose during the day, then take a short power nap (10-20mins) then awake rejuvenated and happier. Most common in anxiety patients.
2. Increased energy / motivation. Can even be a mild euphoria. Most common in depressive patients.
3. Quiet, peaceful mind. You know that voice in your head that repeats unhelpful negative messages on loop? “You’re an idiot”, “You’re not safe”, “You’re a failure”, etc. It may go quiet for a few hours. Most common in PTSD patients.
4. Reduced neuropathic pain. Microdoses have been shown helpful for migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, peripheral neuropathy, nerve pain, etc.
Others report such things as “I remembered what happiness felt like” or “I finally had energy for doing things I love”.
